About the role

You will work closely with the project manager and on‑site teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities. This position offers the opportunity to develop technical expertise in civil engineering within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the project manager with on‑site and off‑site meetings concerning technical issues.
  • Submit architectural samples, shop drawings and related documents to consultants or authorities.
  • Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site, including periodic inspections and meeting attendance.
  • Apply proven problem‑solving techniques to keep work progress aligned with the schedule.
  • Supervise site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, RE and RTO.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by the PE Board.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in the construction field.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Good team player with a keen desire to learn and progress within the company.
