Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer to join our construction team in Singapore. You will work closely with the project manager to ensure smooth execution of on‑site and off‑site activities, handling technical issues and maintaining project momentum.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the project manager with on‑site and off‑site meetings related to technical matters.
• Prepare and submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and other required documents to consultants and authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress, conduct periodic site inspections, and attend construction meetings.
• Ensure work progresses according to the schedule and resolve problems promptly.
• Supervise site activities and liaise effectively with subcontractors, RE, and RTO.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Post‑Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in construction site engineering.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong team player with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
