Site Manager

About the role
We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day delivery of manned security services across our Singapore sites. The role ensures full compliance with service specifications, KPIs and all contractual, safety and regulatory obligations. The manager will coordinate with clients, supervise security personnel and ensure operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure 100% of scheduled security posts are filled daily across all sites.
- Arrange guard replacement within the contracted 3‑hour window after any absence notification.
- Maintain a pool of vetted relief staff who have cleared bank screening requirements in advance.
- Own performance against the SLA/KPI framework, including deployment fulfilment and guard punctuality (>99%).
- Monitor incident response times and other service level commitments.
