About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee construction activities across Singapore. The role involves ensuring projects progress on schedule while meeting quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for site progress according to the schedule set.
• Lead a site construction team to ensure smooth execution of works.
• Ensure works meet the company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Review and approve material requisitions.
• Execute overall scheduling and specific planning work.
• Design and implement progress and schedule control systems for the project.
• Coordinate construction planning with clients, sub‑contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures at the site.
• Adhere to all requirements set by clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Carry out any assignments given by management.

Required profile

• Executive level experience.
