Site Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities at our construction sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high quality standards across all projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and assign work tasks to team members.
• Monitor work quality and ensure all sites comply with company standards and safety rules.
• Arrange staff shift schedules, track attendance, and manage manpower allocation.
• Train new workers and guide the team to follow proper working procedures.
• Communicate with clients, resolve on‑site issues and handle feedback promptly.
• Prepare daily operation reports and report work progress and site conditions to management.

Required profile

• Junior executive level with experience in site supervision.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to train and mentor new staff.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
