About the role
We are seeking a diligent Site Supervisor (BSC) to oversee construction activities at our Singapore project. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards, and handling maintenance issues.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise subcontractors to meet scheduled timelines.
- Ensure work complies with industrial standards and contract specifications.
- Assist in identifying and rectifying project defects.
- Perform any ad‑hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required profile
- Certificate in Building Supervision or a related discipline.
- Experience in HDB BSC operations is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with residents and associates.
