About the role

HONGYANG INTERNATIONAL is seeking a reliable, proactive Site Supervisor to join its growing operations in Singapore. The successful candidate will lead on‑site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on‑site staff, delegating tasks and monitoring performance.
• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and site procedures.
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to guide work execution.
• Identify and resolve operational issues through analytical problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Several years of experience in managerial or supervisory roles within a construction or similar environment.
• Strong reading comprehension of technical documents and specifications.
• Excellent written and spoken communication abilities.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven leadership experience managing a large, diverse workforce.
