The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring that projects progress smoothly, safely, and on schedule. This role is pivotal in coordinating workers, resources, and site operations for MYW Engineering & Construction.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate tasks to workers and monitor the utilization of resources.
• Maintain continuous progress of site works and address any delays.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Coordinate site activities efficiently to meet project timelines.
• Interpret, plan, and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction sites.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Effective problem‑solving and coordination skills.
