Social Media Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Social Media Content Producer who can turn briefs, trends and cultural moments into sharp, platform‑specific content. The ideal candidate is comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite and at the centre of production, delivering end‑to‑end social‑first videos and visuals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original content ideas based on client briefs, audience insights and platform trends.
• Translate concepts into scripts, storyboards, shot lists and detailed production plans.
• Shoot photography and short‑form videos using smartphones and professional camera gear.
• Edit footage with strong pacing, sound, captions, colour treatment and platform‑appropriate storytelling.
• Adapt and optimise content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Repurpose master assets into multiple formats without feeling recycled.
• Manage the full production process: pre‑production planning, budgeting, scheduling, shoot execution and final delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams, external vendors, talent and locations, ensuring safety and creative vision.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Planning, Account and Project teams, presenting ideas clearly to clients.
• Use performance data to refine future content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, social media or video production.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social‑first thinking and hands‑on production.
• Proficiency with video‑editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Working knowledge of cameras, lighting, audio recording and basic production equipment.
• Excellent storytelling instincts and an eye for composition, pacing and detail.
• Clear understanding of how content differs across platforms and audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
