Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead BIT’s English-language social media presence. You will shape the brand’s voice across key platforms, grow our audience and support the company’s mission in the digital asset ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a content strategy for X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube.
• Create, curate and publish posts, graphics, short-form videos and campaign assets.
• Grow follower numbers and engagement through consistent, high-quality output.
• Monitor trends, algorithm updates and competitor activity to refine the approach.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and business development teams to align social content with business goals.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure timely publishing.
• Track, analyse and report on metrics such as follower growth, reach and engagement rate.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media or creating content.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills.
• Proven record of expanding social followings and building brand awareness.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling ability.
• Data-driven approach to measuring performance.
