Software Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our system development and support team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL and Microsoft Power platforms while ensuring smooth operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a multidisciplinary development and support team.
• Oversee the design, implementation and integration of systems built with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power BI.
• Manage service requests, incident, problem, change and project activities.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and seamless operations.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct performance reviews and deliver regular feedback.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in system development and support, with proven leadership abilities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience estimating effort and duration for design, testing and implementation tasks.
• Proficiency in DevOps, MLOps and AI model training is an advantage.
