Software Engineer – Acceleration Platform Team

About the role

Google is looking for a Core Software Engineer to join the Acceleration Platform team in Singapore. You will build AI‑native, agentic systems that automate complex workflows and reduce developer toil at enterprise scale.

Key responsibilities

• Design, test, deploy, and maintain scalable software solutions for AI‑driven platforms.
• Lead zero‑to‑one initiatives, shipping resilient features that solve large‑scale engineering problems.
• Collaborate with senior experts to set new standards in AI engineering, security, and performance.
• Contribute to the core technical foundation that powers Google’s flagship products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of software development experience in Python or C++.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core Machine Learning concepts.
• Experience with AI safety, enterprise security, advanced prompt engineering, or scalable model evaluation is a plus.
