Software Engineer – AI‑driven FinTech Platform

About the role

We are partnering with a leading fintech company in Singapore to build a high‑performance platform for AI‑driven banking solutions. As a Software Engineer you will write clean, scalable code and integrate AI models into real‑time financial applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain a high‑performance AI‑driven banking platform.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for cloud‑based systems.
• Integrate software components with internal and external systems.
• Learn and apply AI/ML models for real‑time processing and embed algorithms within financial applications.
• Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Contribute to the architecture of scalable, secure, high‑performance financial systems.
• Participate in code and design reviews following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers.

Required profile

• Computer degree with 4+ years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of AI, NLP, or machine‑learning frameworks is a plus.
