About the role

As a Software Engineer III on the Global Portfolio Holdings Technology team, you will join an agile, cross‑functional group that designs and delivers secure, stable, and scalable technology products for the firm’s business objectives. The role focuses on full‑stack back‑end development, rapid feature delivery, and maintaining high‑quality, automated pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot software solutions across multiple technical areas, applying innovative approaches.
• Write secure, high‑quality production code and maintain synchronous algorithms with supporting systems.
• Collaborate with technical architects and designers to create new products.
• Promote Agile practices such as Scrum, Lean, BDD, and Continuous Delivery.
• Research emerging technologies, share best practices, and provide technical guidance.
• Work with globally distributed teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Leverage enterprise‑authorized AI coding‑assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity while ensuring peer‑review and secure coding standards.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts and ensure design constraints are met.
• Analyze large data sets to drive continuous improvement of applications and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Formal training or certification in software engineering with at least 3 years of applied experience.
• Experience developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile, fast‑paced delivery environment.
