我们是一家全球气候科技公司，提供基于AI的脱碳平台，现招聘软件工程师，负责日本市场产品的本地化开发与技术支持。

主要职责

设计并开发面向日本企业的产品功能，包括会计逻辑、合规监管及UI/UX本地化。
与日本企业的ERP/会计系统对接，提供技术支持。
跨数据、后端、前端全栈开发，交付客户需求。
与APAC团队协作，将日本市场需求转化为产品功能。

任职要求

具备全栈开发能力，后端优先使用Python（Flask/Django）。
熟悉SQL或NoSQL数据库。
有云平台（AWS、GCP或Azure）开发与运维经验。
能够使用日语和英语进行商务沟通。
