Solution Architect – Identity Security & AI Governance

About the role

KPMG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead enterprise‑wide initiatives in Identity Security, AI & Non‑Human Identity Governance, Zero Trust, and related domains. The role will shape the design and delivery of secure identity solutions across cloud, SaaS, and AI environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise‑scale Identity Security architectures.
• Lead programs covering Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity Security Posture Management, and AI/NHI Governance.
• Define target‑state architectures, roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Support integration of applications, cloud services, SaaS platforms, and non‑human identities.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide advisory to security, technology, risk, and business teams.
• Contribute to proposals, solutioning, and pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IAM, Identity Security, cybersecurity consulting, or security architecture.
• Demonstrated success delivering large‑scale identity transformation programs.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, CISSP, CISM, CCSP) are preferred.
