Solution Sales Lead Specialist – Transaction Banking (SVP)

About the role

The Solution Sales Lead Specialist (SVP) will drive Citi's Transaction Banking portfolio across the region, building deep relationships with global and regional corporate clients. This senior position combines strategic market insight with hands‑on execution of cash‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, retaining business and expanding volumes.
• Identify and pursue cross‑sell opportunities across Liquidity Management, Payments, Trade & Working Capital, Investor and Issuer Services.
• Lead end‑to‑end cash‑management deals, including RFP responses, client pitches and solution design.
• Act as Citi’s ambassador at industry forums, enhancing brand recognition.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with KYC, regulatory and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with regional and global sales teams to shape business strategy.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with extensive experience in transaction banking or cash‑management sales.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale client relationships and delivering revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and diplomatic skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
