Solutions Engineer – Ads Solutions (Singapore)

About the role

OpenAI is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join its Ads Solutions team in Singapore. You will work closely with advertisers and agencies throughout the pre‑sales and growth lifecycle, translating business objectives into scalable technical implementations on OpenAI’s advertising platform.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Client Partners during the sales cycle to provide technical expertise that unlocks new business and accelerates deal closure.
• Lead technical discovery with advertisers to understand data flows, martech stacks, measurement requirements and activation goals.
• Design and recommend implementation approaches for pixels, APIs, server‑to‑server integrations, identity solutions, offline conversions and measurement frameworks.
• Guide advertisers through onboarding, launch readiness, tracking setup, attribution and reporting.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues, signal quality, delivery and measurement performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, adtech or related client‑facing technical roles.
• Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical practitioners and executive stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments and building processes from scratch.
• Strong ownership, bias for action and customer empathy.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with digital advertising measurement, pixels and conversion APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with tag managers, CDPs, analytics tools, attribution platforms and data warehouses.
• Experience implementing server‑to‑server integrations, identity solutions and offline conversion tracking.
