Solutions Engineering Team Lead

About the role

Geotab is seeking a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to guide a high‑performing engineering team. You will own the technical direction of projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders and partners, and help drive revenue through innovative solutions for connected transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Solutions Engineering team.
• Lead the execution of complex technical projects assigned by senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, Customer Support, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify business needs, develop effective solutions, and manage multiple high‑impact initiatives simultaneously.
• Support revenue‑generating activities and ecosystem expansion through indirect sales channels.

• Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a collaborative culture.
