Spa Therapist – Full‑Time Position

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at 21 SPA in Singapore. The successful candidate will deliver professional massage and reflexology treatments, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing and high‑quality spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent professional spa massage and reflexology services in line with spa standards.
• Maintain high service standards and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep treatment rooms and spa facilities clean, tidy and well‑stocked.
• Prepare treatment products, replenish towels and other supplies as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions and procedures set by the Spa Manager.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in spa massage or reflexology.
• Possession of an ITEC, WSQ or equivalent massage certification.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, with a 6‑day work week.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking and reliable.
