About the role

Eleven Spa is seeking a professional Spa Therapist to deliver high‑quality massage and reflexology services in a premium spa environment. You will work closely with the spa manager to ensure every guest receives a consistent, relaxing experience while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional spa massage and reflexology treatments in line with spa standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and neatness of treatment rooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Prepare treatment products, replenish stock, and manage towel supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns politely and efficiently.
• Follow instructions from the spa manager and adhere to all operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in massage or reflexology.
• Preferably hold an ITEC, WSQ, or equivalent massage certification.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, with a 6‑day work week.
• Pleasant personality, hardworking, and customer‑focused.
