Specialist for Virtualized Environments

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Specialist to provide 3rd‑level support for our Citrix and Microsoft Azure virtualized environments. You will work on‑site in Singapore, rotating across three shift patterns to ensure 24 × 5 coverage and on‑call support during weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 3rd‑level troubleshooting and ticket resolution for Citrix On‑Premises, Citrix Cloud, and Azure workloads.
• Handle vendor tickets with Microsoft, Citrix and hardware partners.
• Set up, maintain and continuously improve Citrix and Azure infrastructure.
• Monitor, patch and automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible, AWX, PowerShell, Python, C# and related tools.
• Support client‑side virtualization hardware in collaboration with the local data‑center team.
• Participate in technical sync calls, internal customer meetings and demo sessions.
• Design and implement architectural changes across Citrix and Azure landscapes.
• Package and deploy software using PowerShell and Ansible for all environments.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in Citrix administration and 2 years in Azure administration.
• Experience working in large, globally distributed organisations.
• Strong knowledge of server hardware, networking, patching, authentication and Windows operating systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant certifications (Citrix, Microsoft Server, Azure) are a plus.
