Specialist, Market Operations

About the role

Coinbase is looking for a Specialist in Market Operations to support its Coinbase Derivatives Exchange (CDE) and the Deribit exchange. The role is remote‑first, based in Singapore, and involves keeping trading, clearing and connectivity systems running smoothly for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time functional and technical support for electronic trading, clearing systems, and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality, market events, connectivity, and product schedules.
• Support internal and external investigations, including error trade analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products, implement platform updates, and execute deployment testing.
• Enable onboarding and ongoing operational support for clients and vendors, including prediction markets and event contracts.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance or a technical field with at least 1 year of experience in financial markets operations or technical operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of listed futures or options and hands‑on experience with error trade analysis.
• Proven ability to diagnose complex technical problems and communicate solutions to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Experience delivering multi‑channel support (voice, email, chat) in high‑volume, time‑sensitive environments.

What we offer

• Annual base salary ranging from $117,420 to $123,600 SGD.
