Staff Product Manager

About the role

EBANX is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join its Financial Products team in Singapore. You will drive product initiatives that enable expansion into new Asian and Middle‑East markets, create innovative financial solutions, and address the needs of strategic merchants across these regions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate a long‑term vision for money‑movement solutions and country expansion, aligning investments with company priorities.
• Translate market opportunities and merchant needs into clear product requirements, guiding products from discovery to launch while ensuring scalability.
• Work directly with merchants and commercial teams to understand complex workflows, shaping solutions that balance customer value, regulatory realities, and EBANX economics.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives across engineering, treasury, tax, regulatory, PMM, and commercial teams, resolving dependencies without formal authority.
• Maintain a transparent, outcome‑driven roadmap, balancing regional needs with shared capabilities and adapting priorities as market conditions evolve.

Required profile

• Proven track record building and scaling complex products with measurable business impact.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or related B2B financial services, with strong understanding of financial flows and regulatory constraints.
• Ability to own end‑to‑end product cycles from discovery through launch and continuous optimization.
• Demonstrated skill influencing technical, financial, regulatory, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
