Storekeeper – Retail & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking an organised and experienced Storekeeper to manage all stock, supervise staff, and support promotional activities across our island‑wide locations in Singapore. The role is pivotal to ensuring smooth store operations, accurate inventory, and compliance with hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and store all incoming goods, ensuring quantities match purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records using the Material Management System (MMS) and other inventory software.
• Conduct regular stock counts, monitor par levels, and generate replenishment orders.
• Ensure storage areas are clean, tidy, and meet health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Process store requisitions, obtain necessary approvals, and issue goods to departments.
• Post invoices in MMS, track vendor deliveries, and handle returns of damaged or incorrect items.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounts Payable to resolve cost discrepancies and vendor issues.
• Perform periodic inventory audits and generate reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in retail or store management, preferably in a hospitality or food‑beverage environment.
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock handling, and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Material Management System (MMS) or similar inventory management software.
• Ability to operate inventory management software for tracking and reporting.
