Strategic Capital Solutions Associate – Edge Programme

About the role

PwC’s Strategic Capital Solutions (SCS) team is looking for an Associate to join its Edge Programme. The role sits within the Deals line of service, covering the APAC region and focusing on structured capital advisory, private credit fundraising and pre‑emptive debt restructuring.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior team members throughout deal origination to execution of live transactions.
• Research and conduct business and financial analysis to identify suitable capital‑structure solutions.
• Build comprehensive financial models and perform valuation and financial analysis to inform client decisions.
• Prepare teasers, confidential information memoranda and other marketing materials for fundraising initiatives.
• Collaborate across different Deals competencies during the two‑year rotational Edge Programme.

Required profile

• Associate‑level candidate with a strong interest in structured capital advisory and private credit markets.
• Willingness to rotate across Deals competencies and to work in the APAC region.
• Commitment to complete the PwC Masterclass and the Chartered Valuer and Appraiser Programme.
