About the role
The Strategic Key Account Manager will drive medium‑to‑long‑term planning and face‑to‑face selling for a portfolio of existing customers. You will promote a range of complex Cargill products, services and solutions across multiple business lines, while building and executing growth strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead interactions with assigned customers to capture sales opportunities.
- Resolve problems and ensure customers receive high‑quality service.
- Develop and implement client retention and growth plans with minimal supervision.
- Review and report on customer retention, business opportunities and market trends.
- Handle complex issues independently, escalating only the most critical cases.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in sales and commercial roles.
- Background in the food industry.
