About the role
We are seeking a Structural Fitter to build and maintain pipe and structural systems across Singapore. The role involves reading blueprints, setting specifications, and overseeing fabrication and installation while adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review blueprints to understand project requirements.
- Set and modify specifications for fabrication.
- Inspect and prepare sites for construction operations.
- Perform gas cutting and basic welding tasks.
- Conduct fit‑up inspections and ensure proper alignment.
- Use and maintain mechanical tools and equipment.
- Collaborate with welders, painters and other tradespeople.
- Follow health and safety guidelines and wear protective equipment.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a structural fitter in the construction sector.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for dangerous equipment and chemicals.
- Strong numerical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Physical ability to carry loads and work on‑site.
