Student Services Executive

About the role

The London School of Business and Finance (LSBF) seeks a service‑oriented Student Services Executive to support students from onboarding through graduation, ensuring they receive timely assistance and guidance throughout their studies.

Key responsibilities

• Support onboarding and orientation for new students, including briefings and account setup.
• Serve as primary contact for student enquiries via walk‑ins, email, phone and online channels, providing timely guidance.
• Assist students with learning platforms such as Moodle and student email accounts, and liaise with technical teams to resolve access issues.
• Monitor and track student attendance, follow up on attendance matters, and maintain accurate records.
• Support student engagement activities, campus events and gather feedback to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years experience in customer service, student services, administration, education or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital systems.
