About the role
We are looking for a motivated Supervisor to lead daily operations in our catering store located in Aljunied, Singapore. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily store activities.
- Manage inventory levels and ordering processes.
- Supervise and coach a team of service staff.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues.
- Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with health standards.
Required profile
- Previous management experience in the catering or food‑service industry.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt schedules and operational needs.
