About the role
The Supervisor will lead a team of employees at SGB Construction, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, safely and on schedule. This full‑time position requires a proactive attitude and a strong focus on customer service and workplace standards.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and guide subordinate staff to meet performance expectations.
- Issue clear instructions and orders to team members.
- Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment.
- Ensure project deadlines are met and work hours are accurately approved.
- Deliver excellent customer service at all levels.
Required profile
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, high integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
