About the role

We are looking for a Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations at SAN FOOD INDUSTRIES. The role involves overseeing the full production process, managing teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Lead, train, and coach team members.
Manage daily production, purchasing, inventory, stock, and work schedules.
Clean and troubleshoot production machines.
Oversee the entire manufacturing process from material procurement to handover to the warehouse.
Create, maintain, and update the SAP system and ISO documentation.
Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
Collaborate with inter‑departments to ensure production schedules are met.

Required profile

Secondary level education or equivalent.
Willingness to work overtime and rotating shifts.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.

Required skills

SAP system usage and maintenance.
ISO documentation management.
Knowledge of GMP and cleanroom operations.
