SVP, Consumer Banking Singapore Business Marketing Lead

About the role

This Senior Vice President role sits within Group Marketing & Communications, which builds, protects and enhances the DBS brand through integrated strategies focused on digital communications, marketing and research. The position leads marketing strategy and execution across CBG Singapore's product and segment portfolios, working closely with business, segment and Martech teams to drive customer growth and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders to develop and execute marketing strategies supporting business objectives and customer outcomes.
• Lead marketing planning, prioritisation and delivery across retail wealth, banking and customer segment initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximise effectiveness and business impact.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell programmes across owned, paid and partner channels.
• Work with Product, Segment and Martech teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns and communications.
• Lead relationships with agency partners for quality, innovation and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, marketing governance standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using customer insights and analytics.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team.

Required profile

• Degree-qualified with 12+ years' experience in marketing, business marketing or related commercial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of consumer banking and financial services.
• Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex portfolios.
• Experience operating within a highly regulated environment.
