System Analyst – Electronics Manufacturing (East Area)

About the role

We are looking for a System Analyst to support and enhance ERP and business applications for an electronics manufacturing operation in Singapore’s East (Loyang) area. The role involves day‑to‑day system administration as well as participation in full‑cycle software implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and support ERP systems and related business applications.
• Manage daily operations including user access, role assignments, system configuration and data migration.
• Lead or assist in end‑to‑end software implementation projects – from requirements gathering to go‑live.
• Create and update technical documentation, user guides, training materials and operational reports.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties and projects as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in system administration, ERP support or application management.
• Strong coordination, organizational and communication abilities.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills with the ability to work independently.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced business environment.
