Systems Engineer – IT Infrastructure & Network

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Engineer to manage and maintain our server, network, backup and overall infrastructure across multiple sites. The role involves day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting, technology refreshes and participation in infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onsite and offsite backup infrastructure using Veeam.
• Maintain Nutanix HCI, physical servers and related hardware.
• Support and maintain network equipment (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Lenovo) across locations.
• Administer Wi‑Fi infrastructure with Aruba, Cisco and Ruckus.
• Handle Network Access Control (NAC) using InfoExpress CGX.
• Process firewall services and network change requests.
• Oversee Synology NAS and APC UPS lifecycle.
• Maintain organizational SSL certificates.
• Coordinate ISP services, contract renewals and technology refresh activities.
• Troubleshoot server, network and infrastructure issues.
• Support infrastructure projects, including server‑room relocations.
• Keep infrastructure documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Infocomm or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP and Windows security.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Customer‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
