About the role
Join PwC’s Human Capital team as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern. You will support the recruitment function, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day recruitment operations to maintain efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
- Manage the general recruitment team mailbox, providing timely and professional responses to enquiries.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, liaising with candidates and hiring teams.
- Assist in the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process from requisition to offer generation using internal recruitment systems.
- Help with offer coordination and closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Enter and maintain recruitment data in applicant tracking systems for reporting and process tracking.
- Contribute to recruitment campaigns, hiring events, and process improvement projects.
- Collaborate with campus, graduate and experienced hire recruiters across the Singapore firm.
