About the role

Jet Aviation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for flight crew and corporate talent in its Singapore hub. The role blends high‑volume, relationship‑driven hiring with the fast‑paced demands of the aviation industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end searches for pilots, cabin attendants, and other aviation professionals.
• Support administrative, corporate, and operational hiring across the business.
• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and talent market insights.
• Drive initiatives to attract top talent and meet current and future staffing needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume, relationship‑focused recruitment, preferably within aviation or a similarly complex environment.
• Ability to handle urgent requisitions and coordinate across multiple time zones.
• Willingness to work on‑site at least four days per week in a collaborative, hybrid setting.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of building trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
