Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end hiring for both technical and business positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and regional teams to deliver a consistent, candidate‑first experience while building pipelines for niche skill sets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver full‑cycle recruitment for technical and business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Proactively source and build pipelines for niche technical talent and leadership‑track positions.
• Coordinate with regional Talent Attraction teams, including sourcing, marketing, and operations.
• Apply standardized recruiting processes to ensure a scalable candidate experience.
• Provide clear updates on pipelines, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
• Support feedback surveys, reference checks, and related hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Full‑cycle recruiting experience across technical and business hiring.
• Strong sourcing expertise, including niche searches and multi‑stream pipeline management.
• Ability to advise hiring managers and senior leaders on talent strategy.
• Excellent stakeholder relationship and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with external sourcing platforms and candidate engagement tools.
