Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

TDCX is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and drive end‑to‑end recruitment across the organization. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while promoting the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job advertising, resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Utilise innovative sourcing methods and recruitment marketing programs such as career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare and analyse recruitment reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring initiatives.
• Handle recruitment administration and ensure compliance with internal policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent in any field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proven ability to source, assess and recommend strong talent.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and accountability.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive team attitude.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
