Talent Acquisition Specialist – Trust & Safety (Third‑party)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the Trust & Safety team. The role is a 12‑month temporary assignment through a third‑party agency, working closely with TikTok’s hiring managers to attract talent for a range of positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing for multiple, complex searches across all seniority levels.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, launch new projects and optimise existing processes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to improve recruiting efficiency.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

Required profile

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum two years of recruitment experience in the tech sector, preferably in an agency, search firm or in‑house.
