Talent Development Specialist

About the role

The Talent Development Specialist will support the design, delivery, and administration of learning and talent development programmes across the organisation. This role ensures seamless logistics, accurate data management, and effective communication to foster a continuous learning culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end delivery of orientation, soft‑skill, leadership and enterprise learning programmes.
• Manage training logistics – scheduling, venues, materials, facilitators, attendance tracking and post‑programme evaluations.
• Maintain training records, attendance and completion data in Workday Learning.
• Facilitate weekly new‑hire orientation and selected workshops as assigned.
• Research, develop and curate instructor‑led and digital learning content, converting classroom material into online, blended or micro‑learning formats.
• Administer courses in Workday Learning, handle enrolments, track completions and generate reports.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date training calendar on SharePoint and other platforms.
• Provide stakeholder support, acting as the primary contact for team members, trainers and external vendors.
• Draft and disseminate programme communications, reminders and post‑programme follow‑ups.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives that promote a learning culture.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating learning or talent development programmes.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, preferably Workday Learning.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
