Tax GST Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Tax GST Associate to join our Singapore office and support clients with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and advisory services. This entry‑level position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior managers and gain hands‑on experience in Singapore’s tax environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on GST implications of business transactions, including new arrangements and cross‑border activities.
• Assist with GST registration, exemption applications and the selection of appropriate GST schemes.
• Prepare, review and e‑file GST returns for a diverse client base.
• Conduct GST health checks, due‑diligence reviews, ASK and ACAP assessments.
• Support clients during IRAS GST audits or investigations.
• Liaise with IRAS to obtain GST rulings where required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or any other discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Positive attitude, meticulous approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong multitasking skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Good oral and written communication abilities.
• Holding an SCTP accreditation such as Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) – GST is an advantage.
