Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Tax Manager to join our Finance team in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with local tax regulations while driving digital transformation and process improvements in tax operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate tax computations in line with Singapore tax laws.
• Manage corporate tax returns, ECI, and withholding tax filings for Singapore entities.
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports accurately and on time.
• Handle Pillar II reporting and maintain transfer pricing documentation to meet BEPS and transfer pricing requirements.
• Liaise with external tax consultants, tax authorities, and manage tax audits, inquiries, and examinations.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide tax advisory support to internal stakeholders across departments.
• Submit tax and deferred tax reporting specifications to Head Office and address related queries.
• Track grant applications and optimise tax positions for Singapore entities.
• Lead tax‑related projects such as InvoiceNow implementation and migration of tax computations to automation software.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance, tax computation and GST.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore tax laws, transfer pricing guidelines and BEPS compliance.
• Proven ability to manage tax technology projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• InvoiceNow implementation experience.
• Experience with tax software platforms for automation.
