Tax Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to support our client’s diversified real estate portfolio across multiple markets. You will be responsible for tax compliance, structuring, and advisory services for cross‑border transactions and investments.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee tax compliance for real estate entities and transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
• Lead tax structuring and due diligence for acquisitions, disposals and investments.
• Provide tax advice on cross‑border transactions, financing and ownership structures.
• Manage transfer pricing matters and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Liaise with external tax advisors, tax authorities and internal Legal and Finance teams.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of tax advisory or tax management experience, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of multi‑jurisdictional taxation, tax structuring and transfer pricing.
• Hands‑on experience with M&A tax, including acquisitions, disposals and due diligence.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work independently.
