Team Leader/Manager, International Tax

About the role

We are seeking a Team Leader/Manager to head our International Tax practice. The role involves advising clients on cross‑border tax matters, supporting M&A transactions and guiding market entry strategies. You will work closely with global teams to deliver integrated tax solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advice on domestic and international tax implications of cross‑border transactions, restructurings and investments.
• Support M&A deals through tax due diligence and pre‑ and post‑deal structuring.
• Advise clients on market entry, shareholding, financing structures, transaction models and incentives.
• Collaborate with other service lines and global member firms to deliver integrated solutions.
• Engage in client servicing and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Coach and mentor junior staff within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental and organisational objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Accountancy, Tax or Business; SCTP accreditation is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience.
• Solid knowledge of Singapore corporate tax; international tax experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, communication and project management abilities.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to grow in a fast‑paced environment.
