Technical Business Analyst

About the role

The Technical Business Analyst will work across divisions to identify operational challenges where artificial intelligence can add value, design prototype solutions and support their rollout. This role bridges business needs with technical AI capabilities, ensuring safe and responsible adoption throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify pain points and inefficiencies that can be addressed with AI and automation.
• Design, develop and pilot AI prototypes, collaborating with engineering and product teams.
• Monitor performance of deployed AI solutions and propose strategies for scaling successful projects.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to raise AI literacy among stakeholders.
• Track and report on AI initiative outcomes, including efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Develop reusable frameworks, standards, documentation and training materials to sustain process excellence.

Required profile

• Degree with 2‑4 years of experience as a technical business analyst, AI advocate or innovation practitioner.
• Strong interest in AI development, global AI regulations and responsible AI use.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with engineering, product, policy and frontline teams.
