Technical Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

The Technical Project Manager – Cybersecurity will lead the delivery of complex security initiatives across networks, servers, cloud workloads and end‑user devices. You will combine deep technical expertise in security operations with disciplined project management to ensure solutions are implemented on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of security platforms, defining scope, objectives, tasks and resources.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, architecture, operations and procurement.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and change processes across multiple workstreams.
• Produce clear status updates, dashboards and executive summaries for leadership.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and cost‑efficient implementation.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services or asset management, with a minimum of 3 years in project‑management roles.
• Hands‑on experience designing, implementing and operating enterprise cybersecurity platforms.
• Strong ability to translate technical goals into business outcomes and influence without authority.

Required skills

• SOC tooling: cSIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR, NDR, Threat Intelligence Platforms.
• Vulnerability management and attack‑surface assessment solutions.
• Network security, system hardening (CIS Benchmarks) and OS internals (Windows, Linux, macOS).
• Automation and scripting: Python, PowerShell, Bash.
• Cloud security controls for AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.
