Technical Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Hiring (Singapore)

About the role

Flagright is looking for a hands‑on Technical Recruiter to join its Singapore office. You will own end‑to‑end hiring for engineering, product, design and customer‑success teams, working directly with leadership and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute outbound sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers on role profiles, interview processes and candidate evaluation.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Ashby and use insights to improve hiring practices.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Contribute to employer branding and support global hiring across time zones.

Required profile

• Based in Singapore with the right to work locally.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting technical talent, preferably in a startup or scale‑up environment.
• Proven outbound sourcing ability and a track record of closing hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Strong technical literacy to discuss engineering work confidently.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of hiring outcomes.
