Technical Service Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Technical Service Engineer to deliver reliable IT services and provide hands‑on support across enterprise environments in Singapore. The role blends service delivery management with infrastructure engineering, ensuring system availability, meeting SLA commitments and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day service delivery for assigned customers, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance and acting as the primary escalation point.
• Perform hands‑on troubleshooting of servers, networks, cloud platforms and enterprise applications, including deployments, upgrades, patches and configuration changes.
• Monitor production systems, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement preventive actions to minimise recurring issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular service reports and recommend improvements to service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms or managed IT services.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and managing production environments.
