Technical Support Representative

About the role

TechBiz Global is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative to join a leading global payment technology company in Singapore. The role focuses on assisting merchants with payment‑processing issues, API integrations, and technical troubleshooting while delivering high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to merchant inquiries via email, Slack, and Skype.
• Provide technical assistance for API integrations and payment‑processing environments.
• Guide customers through video demos, tutorials, and documentation.
• Investigate and resolve technical and payment‑processing issues, documenting bugs and feature requests.
• Collaborate with merchants, payment partners, and internal technical/operational teams.
• Perform manual QA testing of partner integrations.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer problems.

Required profile

• Previous experience in technical or customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with solid troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, responsible attitude and willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system.
